Jennifer Rene Psaki
Jennifer Rene Psaki is a political advisor from America who served as the 34th White House news secretary between 2021 and 221. As a part of the Democratic Party, she previously served in the Obama administration as the White House deputy press secretary (2009) as well as the White House deputy communications director (2009-2011) and the spokesperson for the United States Department of State (2013-2015) and as the White House communications director (2015-2017. Psaki was a contributor to CNN's political coverage of 2017 to 2020. Psaki began her career in 2001 as an official political contributor for CNN. She worked on campaign for re-election of Tom Harkin (Iowa Democrats) for the U.S. Senate, and Tom Vilsack (Iowa Governor). Psaki then became deputy press secretary for John Kerry's presidential campaign. Psaki was also the communications director for Joseph Crowley (U.S.) and was the regional press secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. In 2012, Psaki returned to political communications as press secretary for Obama's reelection campaign for 2012. 20 February 2013 Psaki became the spokesperson for the United States Department of State. There was speculation that she was going to replace Jay Carney White House Press secretary when he left White House in the year 21 were fuelled by her appointment by the Department of State. However, Josh Earnest was announced as Carney's replacement on May 30th, 2014. In the year 2015, she was recalled to the White House as communications director and was there until the end of the Obama administration.
